Ahead of the forthcoming general election, over hundreds of Lokoja youths under the auspices of PDP Youths Solidarity Group have made a passionate appeal to the electorate to massively vote for Hon. Suleiman Babadoko to represent the people of Lokoja | constituency in the 7th Kogi State House of Assembly.
According to the group, under the chairmanship of Alhaji Salihu, Babadoko is far better than anybody contesting for the seat giving the transformational work he has done in his previous four years of stewardship.
Salihu lamented on how the PDP is still allowing imposition with high impunity against the wishes of the masses in Kogi state.
“We the loyal youths of Alhaji Salihu, our mentor, want to make a passionate appeal to the good people of Lokoja | constituency to give Hon. Babadoko block votes that will return him to the 7th Kogi State House of Assembly.
“It is unfortunate that Lokoja politicians have come again to stagnate the constituency as they use to do at any electioneering period. For this time, the people of Lokoja should stand and say no to government anointed candidate as being the highest form of impunity.
“We asked them (opposition) many questions that centres on the crime that Babadoko committed to deserve this hatred but they couldn’t convince us.
“Please, our stakeholders, our party members and all those that mean well for Lokoja | constituency, support the candidature of Hon Suleiman Babadoko for a better tomorrow. Come 2019, it will be operation all votes for Babadoko,” he said.
