All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders in Kogi State have called for the dissolution of the party’s Executive Committee ahead of the 2016 governorship election in the state.

The stakeholders also urged the national leadership of the party to remove former governor of the state, Prince Abubakar Audu, as the leader of the party in the state, having indicated his interest to contest for the state’s most coveted seat.

The body, under the aegis of Kogi State APC stakeholders, at a press conference yesterday in Abuja said the current executive members do not enjoy the confidence of party members since they were not elected.

“The current executive members were forced on the party by Prince Abubakar Audu and since he has made his intention to contest the governorship seat known publicly, the exco should be dissolved because their allegiance is still with Audu.

You like it or ot Alhaji Yahaya Bello is God’s own, is a child of God, your supporting him, is a big support for Kogi State development, He can not and would ever work like others, he has that spirit of God fearing, human relation, honesty, oneness, accountability and rember he is a reach man for alongtime ago before Almighty Allah gave him this Governorship position. You must also not forget that Governorship position is always either from God or godfathers, but AYB’s position is from God. Now if you are or God, I tink you have to join him to succeed together.
