Ahead of this Saturday PDP Constituency primary elections across the country, the party leadership in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State, north central Nigeria has promised to provide a level playing ground for all aspirants contesting for Kogi State House of Assembly representing Kabba/Bunu Constituency.

This was made known at the meetings held at the Lokoja residence of the political leader of the local government, Dr. Stephen Olorunfemi, according to him, the party leadership under his command would not leave any stone unturned at ensuring free, fair and credible poll come this Saturday, noting that any aspirants breeding thugs to cause mayhem at the venue of the primary should shelve his or her plans.

He furthered said those behind the change of the original list of delegates that emerged through ward congress conducted on November 1st should count the changes as illegal and non and void and as such cannot hold water.

He charged the delegates not to be intimidated by any one or group but go to the election and vote according to their conscience, noting that his leadership has no favorite candidate but any popular individual that can coast home victory for the party without any hitch.

He debunk rumour going round that he has collected money from the incumbents in order to ensured their victories at the poll, noting that it is the delegates that will determine their triumph at the poll not the leaders.
