I have come to the point where I can agree with unrepentant anti-3rd term promoters that Senator Smart Adeyemi Must Be Stopped By All Means Necessary” and I can also agree with the Sen. Ogheha and his cohorts that Mr. Senator and “his body language” must be stopped “before it is too late”.
I agree with the aforementioned both, as well as with some of our power-brokers in Iyagba and their friends who believed that “Smart Adeyemi must be stopped at all cost” because its Iyagba turn.
I agree with all the above mentioned to the extent to which these fifteen reasons posited in this article applies. I have taken out my time, out of patriotic zeal – to Kogi West, not necessarily to the Senator- to critically evaluate Senator Smart Adeyemi personality and representation.
I have asked myself, “Hey SME! Stop to think for a minute! Why do you think most of the stakeholders want to stop the senator at all cost. They can’t all be wrong at once, can they?
I have come to realize that there must be something wrong with the senator as everyone cannot be wrong at once, although the case of everyone of the Pharisee’s and Jew’s condemnation opinion of Almighty Jesus gives me reason to think that sometimes everyone could be wrong. But what is wrong with Senator Smart Adeyemi? Don’t tell me he is Jesus! To answer the above question, I have had to do thorough soul-searching introspection, and evaluation of the facts, the fiction and the faction in searching for the truth.
Luckily, I got the answers, which are listed in subsequent paragraphs as the fifteen reasons why Atari Ajanaku must be stopped. In summary, the fifteen reasons why I support that “SSA Must Be Stopped By All Means Necessary” will expose the truth why most of the forces in Kogi west have been ganging up against the senator and why formerly sworn enemies and hitherto incompatible politicians have united for a common cause. I am sure that after this bizarre article many people will be very disappointed. It is understandable that some would not expect one who had been a vocal sympathizer of the Senator to apparently do a 360 at this injury time. But there comes a time in the life of a man when he must obey his conscience and do what he believes in. This is such a time. And for those who would be disappointed after reading this article, I apologize in advance but what I have written I have written. I don’t give a damn! I am loyal to the country, not to any individual. And I must obey the dictates of my conscience.
Below, is a list of the fifteen reasons why we must stop senator Smart Adeyemi before it is too late.
1. Senator Smart Adeyemi does not keep his secret promises to the power cabal but he keeps his electoral promises to west Kogites. He secretly ‘promised’ a set of shadowy leaders hat he would do only two term in office as usual but he is not keeping that promise whereas he promised the west Kogites that he would transform west Kogi and ensure the long awaited total emancipation of our people from political slavery and he is keeping that silly promise. Is that politically wise? This is the first and major reason why I believe that Senator Smart Adeyemi is wrong. So, he must be stopped by all means necessary before it is too late!
2. They said senator smart Adeyemi is incompetent but he ensured the over 20years abandoned Obajana-Kabba-Egbe road was awarded for reconstruction and expansion. This same road was intensionally abandoned and left rotten and dilapidated by some of those wanting to stopped Sen. Smart Adeyemi at all cost. Senator Tunde Ogheha who was a senator for eight years could not fix the road, i remember how he was stonned in Kabba for passing via the same road to campaign for a 2nd term.Today the road is under construction courtesy Sen.Smart Adeyemi.Indeed he is incompetent and should be stopped.
3. They said he has not performed. Each time I read anyone making such puerile and incomprehensible comment, the first investigation I make is about the commenter’s age. The first impression I get by the comment is that such a commenter might be only a teenager who does not fully understand the conversation or what time of the day it is. The facts on paper and on the ground prove that Sen. Smart Adeyemi performance has dwarfed the performances of all his predecessors thus he is among the best senator Nigeria has ever had – if not the very best among them already. For details of these indisputable facts, if you will not see it in the roads, look at the Federal University situated in Lokoja, lest you forgot its courtesy the Senator, and God willing a campus, an extension of the University will soon be situated in Okun land. If you will not look at the university, then look at the ongoing construction of Kabba Township Stadium, a multi million naira project almost getting to completion and i just got a reliable info that a new college will start running in one of the villages in Mopa LG still courtesy Sen. Smart Adeymi yet this man must be stopped.
4. Sen. Smart Adeyemi must be stopped because he constructed and completed over 150 shops for market women in Iyara, Egbe and Itedo Isanlu. Someone will also have to inform the market women that the senator who built the shops must be stooped.
5. They said he must be stopped because he purchased and distributed more than 100 vehicles to constituents in 2010 and 2011 and also donated over 20Jeeps to royal fathers and party leaders.
6. He is said to care less about his people but he constructed and completed a well equipped health centres in Aiyetoro Gbede Odo Eri and Igbaraku to enhance health service delivery to people living in rural areas. Even the cottage hospital that was built by the Sardauna in 1962 was demolished and replaced with a modern 25bed cottage hospital,yet he must be stopped.
7. He is said that he refused to use his influence as a senator to provide employment for the youths but yet he secured employments for graduates in highly sought after government establishment such as FIRS, NOA, FCDA, NSCDC,FCSC, NAN AND NIS. In addition, he purchased and distributed over 85motorcycles to youths in the constituents in 2010 and 2011 yet he will have to be stopped.
8. What about the construction and furnishing of modern ICT centres in Titcomb college Egbe,Iyara and Ejiba yet he should be stopped.
9. What about the higher purchase and distribution of more than 22sets of Ambulances to various health centres and hospitals across the senatorial district.
10. Yes he has to be stopped after distributing more than seven container loads of medical equipments which includes more than four hundred hospital beds,wheelchairs and surgical materials to various hospitals across the state.
11. Yes he has to be stopped by all means after he actively sponsored over 35bills amd motions that are people oriented.He was also acknowledged as the most punctual senator in the senate, he hadly misses a sitting yet he must be stopped.
12.. Why wont he be stopped after donating billions of naira to various communities and to individuals in order to meet their needs.
13. Lest we forget that Senator Smart Adeyemi Constructed a multi- purpose hall in Kotonkarfe, Kogi L. G. A., Renovated Kabba Town hall and PDP Secretariat in Lokoja L.G.A.
14.Why wont he be stopped after he empowered Dayo Musa for soap manufacturing factory in Aiyeteju Amuro, Mopamuro L. G.
15. They said his “body language encourages corruption” that he is corrupt and others thoughtlessly regurgitate the tired and tiring cliché “He is corrupt!”, like a nursery rhyme which kids learn to recite even though they can’t explain a thing of it until they become adults. They keep reciting that “He is corrupt and he is diverting our constituency allowances for personal use”which definitely means the aforementioned accomplished constituency projects of the Senator were funded with the diverted constituency allowance. Hes corrupt but in May 2010 the Daily Sun said Adeyemi had asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to start an investigation of members of the National Assembly whom he alleged were corrupt. Adeyimi said that he had been misquoted. He said “I never said this National Assembly is corrupt… but if there are a few that are corrupt the EFCC should go ahead to expose them.”
Despite his denial, Senate President David Mark announced a six man ad hoc committee to investigate the issue, describing it as serious allegation. He is indeed corrupt but sponsored a Bill for an act to provide for the imposition of capital/special punishment on persons found guilty of economic sabotage or corruption and other matters connected therewith. If am to continue there are obviously many more reasons and evidences why Sen. Smart Adeyemi should be stopped by all means even if it means hopelessly shopping for candidate to replace him via series of kangaroo endorsement of Chief Tunde Olusunle and subsequently his withdrawal from the race. The Senator will have to be stopped even if its to put Hon. TJ Faniyi under pressure to contest again after he was previously defeated several times he contested against the Senator.Yes Hon.TJ Faniyi will have to stopped the senator despite he is yet to resign as the S.A to the Governor on state security trust fund. Well I hope funds meant for our security will not be used to pay delegates. Even when Hon. TJ Faniyi shamefully lost the 2011 senate election to Sen.Smart Adeyemi, he ran away and stopped taking his calls while his die hard supporters took his case to court and now he is back to abandoned us again. Sen. Smart Adeyemi will have to be stopped even if it means voting Hon. Sam Aro who only moved one motion and sponsor no bill throughout his four years in office as member of house of reps…Hon. Sam Aro is competent indeed. Therefore, fellow Citizens, the above are the fifteen reasons why they say that Sen. Smart Adeyemi must be stopped by all means necessary before it is too late!
I want to believe that, by now, having considered the foregoing fifteen reasons and the supporting evidences on why those people want to Stop Sen.Smart Adeyemi By All Means Necessary, I believe you are now convinced beyond all doubt (reasonable and unreasonable ones included) that those who want to stop Sen.Smart Adeyemi by all means and at all costs are the principal enemies of WestKogi who must not only be stopped by all means necessary and at all cost possible but also be exposed to Kogites for who they are – enemies, pretenders, bigots, and felons! Anyone who still wishes to stop this Smart of a Adeyemi whom we have been discussing in this rather lengthy article represents the Beelzebub among our constituency demons that we have to exorcise at all cost, beginning immediately. They are well funded pretenders who only lie and, at best, tell misleading half truths to deceive many. Many of the enemies of our common goal vote incredible portion of their pocket money to fund this lying propaganda cartel that do not care what happens to Kogiwest reputation as far as Smart Adeyemi is not allowed to take any credit.
If you doubt this bold-faced claim, please I beseech you to be more watchful. You will invariably come to understand why so many fake, faceless facebook users, bloggers and ‘activists’, many actually jobbers, nowadays throng to social media and they have taken up well funded lucrative jobs in the Art of Joebashing; bashing the senator for any and every reason imaginable or fabricated. All they write about development news and activities of WestKogi is Nay-Nay; see and say nothing positive. Smart Adeyemi is their code word The bloggers and facebook latter day activists against Smart Adeyemi are each working very hard to earn their pay and cut their chunk of the largesse budget vote by their paymasters which have neither an ideology, discipline nor vision for Kogiwest other than the pointless pretext of “Smart is bad. Adeyemi is bad” – a case of purposeful purposelessness and directional directionlessness!
Apologies again for my intrappable Igodomigodo accent. Fellow WestKogites, on a final note, I urge you all by the mercies of God and for the love of Kogiwest (not necessarily any misleading individual, that by the next time that those wicked lying bunkums approach you demanding in all their sly and sophistry methods for you to hate or oppose your own popularly elected senator who is performing (those same people who seek to remove Senator Smart Adeyemi who we all see korokoro that he means very well for the constituency that we have been praying about) whether they approach you through their military wing ,or through their media wing that repeatedly lie, mislead and propagate only half-truths through the media, on the internet, or through their literature wing that write and leak open, closed, kiss and tell, kiss and refrain letters as a matter of habit, or their political wing (the paymaster wing) that treacherously and shamelessly claim that “It is ‘our’ turn ” without satisfactorily able to defining who are the “our” in the rule matrix. I have developed an appropriate phrase to employ in responding to those people. I hold the patent to this phrase, be warned. Always quote SME each time you use my invention or I sue you with immediate alacrity! God, I must work on this my Igodomigodo accent! E fit make person nor fit find work!
